Job Description :

An Analyst – Executive Assistant is a hybrid role that combines traditional high-level administrative support with data analysis and strategic responsibilities. The successful candidate must be highly organized and capable of handling confidential information while also providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Management Support : Provide Operational support to business team relating to tasks such as data processing and other administration tasks. Acts promptly to address project management requirements raised by business team.
• Handling various management reports. Ensuring smooth monthly/quarterly/Annual closing and management reporting.
• Perform various people related analysis e.g. Headcount, Utilization, Time Sheet compliance etc.
• Independently perform/prepare ad-hoc tasks/reports.
• Support team leads in various special projects undertaken time to time.

Skills required:

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency and MS PowerPoint, Power Query and Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate to senior leaders.
• Attention to details, review, and accuracy of deliverables.

The Candidate:

• Commerce professional with expertise in accounting principles, effective communication, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
