Job Description

The Junior Full-Stack Developer is an entry-level subject matter expert who helps to design, create, and test software systems, modules, or applications for software updates and new products, such as cloud-based or internet-related solutions.

This person is responsible for assisting with the comprehensive design of certain modules/sub-systems, creating prototypes for multi-vendor infrastructure, and presenting them to clients internally or outside. This role creates and develops functionality in a micro-services architecture, utilizing APIs and telemetry data to execute ML/AI algorithms on structured and unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Creates apps that effectively meet client objectives and user needs.
• Creates and writes code for programs, as well as maintaining their databases.
• Analyzes and changes existing software applications to improve and optimize functionality, resolve issues, and make them usable on new hardware platforms.
• Modifies and adjusts apps as needed to improve performance.
• Identifies individual client wants and preferences for the application.
• Applications are thoroughly tested to ensure they are free of errors and bugs.
• Installs applications and serves as a technical advisor.
• Communicates with internal technical stakeholders to gather information about project constraints, performance needs, and interfaces.
• Consults with clients during the design phase to determine their needs.
• Produces software documentation using enterprise software processes and templates.
• Attends software product review and team meetings.

Must to Have

• Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
• Experience with Java/J2EE 8 or higher, with a solid understanding of the core language and commonly used frameworks like Spring Framework.
• Experience with SOA Web Services, RESTful Services, and GraphQL.
• A thorough understanding of the key principles of React (UI/UX) and/or Angular (UI/UX), as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with contemporary front-end technologies and state management libraries.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.
• Are familiar with the contemporary development stack, such as Kotlin or Java 8+, TypeScript, React or Angular 2+, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• worked with source control, such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD and speedy delivery on production
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related profession.
• Certification in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, Perl, Python, and C++ is preferred.
• Scrum/Project Management certification is desirable.
