We are seeking a perceptive, meticulous analyst to collaborate with our management team and internal divisions as they gather, examine, and apply data to improve operations and create more robust, successful business plans. Finding data sources, mining, reviewing, validating, protecting, and storing data, as well as identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, will all be accomplished by the analyst using technical know-how and creativity. Responsibilities:
- Work independently or in coordination with other team members on km focused projects for various member firms and global teams.
- Work with KM and clients in sustaining a healthy and stronger knowledge platform for all KPMG practitioners and MFs
- Open to use various modes of communication to build relationship with various business leads and knowledge managers
- Manage content assets, life cycle management and ensure they are surfacing correctly on various user interfaces and portal pages
- Managing content sanitization and should we well verse with working on MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel & Adobe PDF.
- Managing content extraction, content curation, content management, survey development & Analysis, event management MS Teams & SPO site creation and management.
- Provide design support, newsletter creation, content outreach activities and be able to write succinct abstracts
- Managing and complying to Global Metadata Taxonomy in KPMG
- Be able to write succinct abstracts for content assets being uploaded and tagged
- Work on SPO/OI sites for MFs and also be proficient in Power platform
- Use/build analytics reports and help KMs make decisions on content promotion/archival and follow industry trends
- Actively work on enhancing the Client Insight support by analysis of activity, trends and by obtaining / analyzing client feedback
- Help work allocator to close task within the agreed turnaround time through efficient processing and ownership
- Support the team to enhance the performance and client experience through process excellence and innovation
- Work closely with your manager/senior to ensure consistency and quality of support provided by the team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office and analytics software, as well as knowledge of specific programming languages, may be necessary.
