To make sure that our customers’ technical questions are promptly and satisfactorily answered, we are searching for a committed support engineer. Your responsibilities in this position will include helping clients install applications, answering their questions using our desktop support tools, and reporting significant problems to the software development team.
You should have a lot of experience helping customers with IT in a fast-paced environment if you want to succeed as a support engineer. Superb support engineers combine their knowledge of IT with a very high level of customer service.
