Job Description :

This role involves extracting and analyzing dashboard requirements anticipating client needs and presenting insightful dashboards. Key tasks include managing client reporting prioritizing requirements and creating prototypes. The individual will collaborate with client services apply best practices for communication and problem-solving automate reports in Excel and ensure accuracy through quality checks. They will also provide data driven recommendations aligned with team objectives.

4. Excellent English communication skills.

1. Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.
2. Excellent, live writing skills. Example: Ability to type a minimum of 22 words per minute with few grammatical errors in a back-and-forth conversation with a customer.
3. Friendly and upbeat style.
4. Ability to handle difficult or irate customers’ effectively.
5.  Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way.
6. Investigates and takes action to meet customer’s needs.
