Our Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelors / graduate degree. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.
To find trends, generate business insights, and assist organizations in streamlining operations, cutting expenses, and formulating business plans, analysts employ computer systems and numerical data. These experts may focus on a particular area of business, and their titles may change to reflect this.

We are seeking a perceptive, meticulous analyst to collaborate with our management team and internal divisions as they gather, examine, and apply data to improve operations and create more robust, successful business plans. Finding data sources, mining, reviewing, validating, protecting, and storing data, as well as identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, will all be accomplished by the analyst using technical know-how and creativity. The results will then be used to develop strategies to lower costs, enhance procedures and practices, and improve efficiency, quality, security, and consistency. Additionally, you will synthesize difficult information and provide reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:
- gathering and examining unprocessed data in order to find patterns, trends, abnormalities, and other useful information.
- utilizing data to create and improve plans and procedures, boost revenue, efficiency, security, or quality, and cut expenses.
- collaborating with internal departments to gather information and create and carry out plans.
- locating and confirming fresh data sources.
- putting together presentations and reports to highlight results and sway business choices.
- establishing project goals, spending plans, and schedules in collaboration with the management group; tracking developments; and assessing performance.
- putting in place guidelines and practices that ensure the security of business data and information during its collection, analysis, storage, and disposal.
- evaluating and enhancing analytics tools, procedures, and techniques to boost security, accuracy, and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office and analytics software, as well as knowledge of specific programming languages, may be necessary.
- the capacity to use numerical data to create business plans and identify patterns and trends in big data sets.
- strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organizing, and math abilities.
- Outstanding research, presentation, and writing and verbal communication skills.
- the capacity to condense and communicate difficult knowledge to others.
