Job Description :
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. You will also be responsible for L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Provide hardware/software support for configured services running on various platforms.
- Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.
- Perform L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
- Assist in Exadata Administration tasks. –
- Contribute to system maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical solutions.

Required Skills :
- Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Exadata Administration.
- Strong understanding of database management principles.
- Knowledge of Oracle database performance tuning. –
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues efficiently.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
