Job Description

To promote growth, this position uses data analysis, business insights, and process optimization. You will assist strategic decision-making, analyze important KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibility

• In charge of keeping an eye on transactions and system health for Razorpay’s leading merchants and the entire company, as well as notifying the appropriate parties in the event of a system malfunction.
• When there are incidents or irregularities in the system, send out notifications and communications.
• Work together with internal teams as needed.
• Determine patterns and conclusions by analyzing the data’s trends.
• Make interactive dashboards for metrics consumption and internal monitoring.
