Role Overview
The Engineer – Global Customer Service Operations role is focused on supporting customers by investigating technical issues, identifying their causes, and providing timely solutions. The position involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting system or application-related problems, coordinating with internal teams when escalation is required, and ensuring service commitments are met.
This role is suitable for graduates interested in technical support, customer service operations, troubleshooting, networking, and service assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for customer-reported technical issues and work toward resolving them within the required timelines.
- Analyze customer problems and investigate possible causes using appropriate troubleshooting methods.
- Diagnose system, application, connectivity, or service-related issues.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customers while maintaining service quality.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant technical teams according to established processes.
- Track reported incidents and follow them through to resolution.
- Work proactively to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Follow standard operational procedures while handling customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and minimize service disruption.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies and developments in the assigned technical domain.

- Experience working in a 24×7, high-availability operational environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work according to defined processes and service-level requirements.
