Job Overview

Deloitte is hiring for the position of Associate – Production in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge portals and SharePoint-based websites. You will work with internal teams to understand requirements, create or update web pages, manage content, and ensure that knowledge platforms follow established quality and branding standards.

Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain SharePoint websites and pages.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand website and page requirements.
• Plan and deliver assigned site updates within agreed timelines.
• Maintain website content according to quality, branding, and governance standards.
• Support the management and publishing of knowledge-based content.
• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks and resolve dependencies.
• Follow established processes for SharePoint development and site maintenance.
• Help ensure that internal knowledge portals remain accurate, organized, and user-friendly.

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or an MBA.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of SharePoint site management and its standard features.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience gained through coursework, internships, training, or professional work is acceptable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and work within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management or knowledge management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration or web content publishing.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, or Bootstrap.
• Exposure to Microsoft InfoPath or Nintex.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of website maintenance and content publishing processes.
