You will be joining the SAP ASC – Customer Experience (CX) APAC team. Process associates keep an eye on and enhance manufacturing companies’ production processes. They maintain process equipment, identify material and machine flaws, evaluate the overall quality of production, create process reports, and evaluate the efficacy of current process systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Join customer engagements as an SAP CX Technical Consultant, contributing across the full SAP CX suite—Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce—and driving innovation with emerging technologies such as AI.
• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performing solutions across applications.
• Support senior consultants and project teams in solution development, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Engage in continuous learning through hands-on experience, structured training programs, and mentorship.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders.
• Take initiative in exploring new tools, frameworks, and industry trends to contribute fresh ideas and improve delivery outcomes.

Qualification & Skills

• BE/Btech/Mtech (preferably in Computer Science or related fields) with or without a master’s degree in business administration.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Java, JSP, and the Spring Framework.
• 0 to 1 years of experience with development tools such as Ant, Maven, and Eclipse.
• Understanding of UI/UX technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; exposure to Angular and Node.js is a plus.
• Passion for emerging technologies such as Innovation, Automation, Machine Learning, AI, and platforms like ChatGPT.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated initiative and a problem-solving mindset.
• Eager to learn and grow continuously, with the agility to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
• Embraces feedback, thrives on change, and welcomes new challenges as opportunities for development.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to SAP systems, especially SAP Customer Experience solutions, or participation in SAP-related academic programs and certifications.
• Foundational understanding of customer-facing business processes in domains such as Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, iterative development environments.
