Accenture hiring freshers for Application Tech Support Practitioner .As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running.
For the technical support role, we are seeking applicants who are highly proficient in interpersonal interactions and possess strong technical skills. Among their many responsibilities are troubleshooting technical problems, promptly responding to consumer comments, and assisting with the launch of new applications.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Proficiency in Service Desk Management.Â
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes.Â
- Â Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. –
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of IT service management tools.Â
- Familiarity with remote support tools.Â
- Â Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Â
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Additional Information:Â
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.Â
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.Â
- Provide support to clients and address their technical issues.Â
- Troubleshoot system or application problems and provide timely resolutions.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of the system or application.Â
- Â Document and maintain records of client issues and resolutions.Â
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.Â
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives. – Assist in training new team members.
