ADP freshers drive 2024 for Trainee . Students entering the workforce after completing their degree program are known as graduate trainees. The duties of graduate trainees vary depending on the industry, however they are typically supervised by a senior staff member during their training, education, and meetings. A degree in the field for which they are receiving training should be required.
An passionate self-starter is needed to join our brand-new graduate trainee program. Among your duties as a graduate trainee are observing different employees, taking part in educational activities, going to meetings and workshops, and visiting different workplaces to obtain real-world experience. At the conclusion of the program, you should be able to pass a competency exam and maintain an accurate record of your time spent with the organization.
