American Express off campus drive for Business Analytics . A business analyst plays a crucial function in any project team. Serving as the primary point of contact between the project manager and the users, they collect data, record procedures, and get user approval for the completed papers.
A business analyst is being hired by us to work on our project. You will be directly responsible to the project manager and collaborate with other business analysts. You will be primarily responsible for carrying out thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptance testing. You should naturally be analytical in your thinking and able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical people if you want to succeed in this profession.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Graduate/Post Graduation in any discipline Â
- 0-3 years experience in operations/ Control Management/Governance profile
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of actionÂ
- Experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities
- Support Brand Initiatives for GMNS Control Management team.
- Conduct due diligence on new internet merchants to ensure merchant are not engaged in any violations or brand damaging activities
- Delivery of daily program framework, tasks, processes and communications as required to adhere to the process requirements
- Critical understanding of different violations
- Communication with global stakeholders and Compliance Officers
- Support in internal policy changes
- Develop ideas to enhance the process where needed.
- Reporting issues to Program leader, Policy and Program Governance Reporting Team and Third partiesÂ
- Support the development of registering high risk industries with Global Network business
