We are looking for a Process Executive – Tech Support with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and domain experience in Hi-Tech and ISV. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Possess proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a basic understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance principles.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display strong organizational and time management skills.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Nice to have experience in Auto – Claims within the P&C Insurance domain.
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving team goals.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in troubleshooting technical problems related to Hi-Tech and ISV domains
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support services
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in the system
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for technical support
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and resources
- Monitor and report on support metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer interactions
