We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Advanced Excel and a strong background in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector. This role involves managing customer data addressing complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Possess strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences sector.
- Exhibit expertise in Complaint Management with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Show excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in customer data management.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bring a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer service challenges.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection processing and analysis of clinical data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance data processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the PV Case Processing team by ensuring timely and accurate case entry and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data for research and development projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in pharmacovigilance.
- Provide detailed reports and summaries of data findings to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data management workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new data management tools and technologies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Engage in training sessions to stay current with advancements in Generative AI and pharmacovigilance.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures for data management and case processing.
- Contribute to the companys mission of enhancing patient safety and healthcare outcomes through diligent data management practices.
