A business analyst is being hired by us to work on our project. You will be directly responsible to the project manager and collaborate with other business analysts. You will be primarily responsible for carrying out thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptance testing. You should naturally be analytical in your thinking and able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical people if you want to succeed in this profession.
Skills set Required for this Job :

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RCM Project, including billing specialists and collectors.
- Conduct regular meetings, provide training, and support.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment.
- Monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of billing and collections processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to payers.
- Manage the denial management process, including tracking, analysis, and appeals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
- Develop and manage the RCM department budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Works with technical team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Prioritizes requirements, schedules task, and communicates progress.
