To expand our data team, we are seeking to hire a data analyst. You will be in charge of creating reports, maintaining our master data set, and resolving data problems. You require a keen eye for detail, previous data analysis expertise, and in-depth knowledge of databases and widely used data analysis tools in order to succeed in this position.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science from an authorized institution or college.
  • work expertise in a similar sector or as a data analyst.
  • the capacity to collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate possible hazards.
  • Capacity to evaluate current databases and tools and suggest software solutions.
  • the capacity to communicate business requirements in plain, non-technical language.
  • high level of proficiency in large-scale database management techniques and procedures.
  • proven ability to manage relational databases and big data collections.
  • knowledge of metadata and addressing standards.
  • superior verbal and writing communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Determine the best implementation method that will meet the design of the architect.
  • Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
  • Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
  • Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.
  • Proven experience in developing and working with SSRS Reports.
  • Resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL.
  • Uses existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive processes and improvements.
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Report Development Certification is a plus.
