DECATHLON freshers hiring India for IT Analyst . IT analysts are experts in information technology who manage the upkeep, improvement, and analysis of information systems. Using their expertise to assess and create information solutions, they help organizations uncover risks and possibilities. They also provide firms with information technology strategy advice and assess human-IT procedures.
Decathlon is looking for an IT analyst to help with our company’s IT solution creation, upkeep, and implementation. As part of this position, you will be expected to manage all implementation-related activities, create optimization plans, analyze our IT systems, and do routine quality assurance checks.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Successful completion of bachelor’s degree include Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- Fresher or less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Basics of JAVA, Database, Networks, SQL,APIs and Kafka
- Basic knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
- Write programs, analyze systems and providing technical solutions
- Excellent communication/analytical skills required.
- Innovative Thinker and Team Player
- Good team player and ability to lead a team (distributed) on projects
- Good communication and the right attitude to represent as the best global contributor.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure user satisfaction by timely service and reporting
- More Autonomous on the scope of work that they will be put in.
- Give an extra push if needed to meet his / her objectives
- Submission of periodic report ( daily, weekly and monthly)
- Flexibility to travel is a must.
- Building strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
