Job Description

Deloitte off campus hiring in 2024 for Analyst role . Technical support analysts, sometimes referred to as desktop support analysts or IT support analysts, handle service tickets, respond to them, and help with any technical problems that arise, such as software installations, hardware issues, and network outages. They are in charge of offering primary technical support to clients and end users of the company.

In order to offer all of our clients first-rate IT help, we are seeking to hire a well-organized technical support analyst. Answering support tickets and helping with any technical problems the client may be having will be your main responsibilities. To resolve minor software difficulties, you might need to login remotely via remote logon, or you might need to travel to the client’s location to address hardware and peripheral issues.

Skills set Required for this Job :
  • B. Tech, BE & Engineering Graduates
