We are seeking a staff engineer that is meticulous in order to work with them to enhance our systems. Throughout the implementation phases, you will be in charge of managing the structural design process, calculating expenses, and carrying out quality control.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- An engineering bachelor’s degree or a similar field of expertise is preferred.

- extensive understanding of system optimization, structural design, and engineering processes.

Job Responsibilities
- assessing current practices and protocols to pinpoint areas in need of improvement.
- evaluating the effectiveness of tools, technology, and apparatus.
- Constructing, establishing, and refining protocols, practices, and apparatus.
- working together to develop the prototype with the engineering team.
- making effective use of software for development, creating, and planning.
- estimating project expenses and durations, as well as establishing deadlines and work plans.
- carrying out quality monitoring and fixing structural design problems as well as other problems throughout the implementation phase.
- gathering, evaluating, and producing performance and analytical data in addition to progress reports.
- ensuring adherence to safety rules and industry requirements.
- keeping up with innovations and advancements in the field of expertise.
