Customer Support :

The Customer Support expert’s position interfaces with customers via inbound and / or outbound calls, Emails / Chats or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s product or services.

Tech Support :

They are proficient in resolving technical issues and excelling in troubleshooting. Whether providing hardware or software support, managing networks, or enhancing cybersecurity, these professionals exhibit a mastery of the online space. Their expertise is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the digital experiences of clients and end-users.

  • Language proficiency: Excellent English both written and verbal. 
  • Provide customer support to clients through Voice and Non-voice. 
  • Responsibility to follow up with customers.
  • Achieve the target assigned within agreed timelines, adhere to quality guidelines.
  • Gain knowledge of the client’s products / services; Accurately log all interactions via established business process and tools.
  • Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
Candidate Profile/Skillset Required for Tech Support :
  • Graduate in any discipline (may vary basis the job requirement).
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
  • Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required.
  • Demonstrate strong probing and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Answer questions from clients and offer technical assistance over the phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Recognize and assess technical problems that clients have reported, then lead them through the necessary troubleshooting procedures to fix the issue.
  • When necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant team or senior support personnel.
  • Use a ticketing system to track and record client issues, making sure that complete and accurate records are kept for the duration of the support procedure.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to address and resolve persistent technical difficulties, such as those in product development and quality assurance.
  • Keep up with the most recent advancements in the industry and product expertise to give clients accurate, timely advice.
  • Give clients product training so they can utilize the features and product efficiently.
