Emerson recruitment drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Trainee . Graduate engineer trainees work as trainees for firms after completing their degree in engineering. They complete all duties given to them and obtain real-world experience through working on projects, making reports, and utilizing CAD software.
We are seeking a dynamic very hardworking to join our dynamic, multi-functional team of skilled engineers to working with powerful safe AI following best in class data science methodologies. You should have a passion for data and a solid sense of creativity, as these attributes are important for redefining industry standards and pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved through data-driven solutions.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Ability to read, write and speak with fluency in EnglishÂ
- Ability to work with a team towards successful delivery of project or initiativeÂ
- Ability to read P&IDs, PFDsÂ
- Ability to work with proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint and VisioÂ
- Ability and willingness to undergo technical as well as soft skills training as assigned by mentorsÂ
- Knowledge of fundamentals of unit operations and process, process equipment design, numerical analysis methods and industrial stoichiometry
- Experience in Microsoft Excel VBA Macro Development and/or Microsoft AccessÂ

- Pursuing completion of B.E. / B.Tech – Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical/ Polymer/ Petroleum Engineering (VIIth or VIIIth Semester)Â

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities to apply data-driven insights and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/EDA processes to collect, clean, and curate large and diverse datasets from various sources.
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning/deep learning/large language models/Open AI to help the organization make better data-driven AI assisted decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, data sanitizing, feature engineering, and data visualization to gain insights and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Leaverage the Microsoft Azure AI services and Python to develop, implement and prepare secured Machine Learning, Generative AI solutions.
- Optimize machine learning models and algorithms to ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance while minimizing computational costs.
- Deploy and continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, updating or refining them as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement standard methodologies in data management, data modeling, code, and data quality assurance.
- Actively use of DevOps for coordination, collaboration, tracking and securely storing the codebase.
- Communicate effectively with team members, collaborators, and senior management to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Active participation and contributions to innovation activities like ideathons, hackathon
