Enverus recruitment drive 2024 for Business Analyst . We are seeking a Business Analyst – I with a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, optimize business processes, and support decision-making through data-driven approaches.

Skills set Required for this Job :
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Scikit-Learn, Requests, Beautiful-Soup(bs4), Selenium, os, openpyxl, rapidfuzz, data cleaning, scripting)
- Proficient in SQL (e.g., writing queries, joins, optimizing queries)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Utilize SQL for querying databases and extracting data for analysis and reporting
- Leverage Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics tasks (e.g., building models, performing statistical analysis)
- Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation using data-driven insights
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights
