FIS is hiring for Entry level position as Analyst Product Support.A product support analyst works with product and support teams to ensure customers have the best experience possible. They may spend half their time working directly with customers in the support queue and the other half working with the product team to ensure customers are represented
As a product support analyst, you will collaborate with our product and support teams to guarantee that we are giving our clients the greatest experience possible. The two teams consist of roughly fifty individuals who are dispersed throughout the world.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Candidate should have worked on a development related project during college or as part of any internship.
- Hands on knowledge of SQL and python or any other scripting language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Well versed with testing and coding standards.
- Basic knowledge of Gen AI/ML will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities.
- Development and testing of automation scripts.
- Writing code for new features and maintaining existing features.
- Unit Testing: Testing their code to ensure it meets quality standards before integration.
- Provide Support to clients for implemented automations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution for issues raised
- Liaise with CX product owners/ team and understand requirement clearly.
