Genpact off campus drive 2024 for Process Developer .In this role you will be responsible for fulfilment of the open demands, which can be in volume for one client or multiple roles for varied clients. Handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection to offer and coordinate until onboarding.
Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Source to Pay You’re responsible to work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of SMEs.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record
- Meaningful work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer-centric approach
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
- Good attention to detail
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and call out product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Be responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis
- Be responsible for showcasing a proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
