HARMAN is hiring fresh engineering graduates 2024 for Software BU . When designing, developing, and testing software for computers, software engineers use concepts and methods from engineering, mathematics, and computer science. It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline.
We are seeking a qualified software engineer to work on projects that our company is currently developing, working in tandem with our outstanding software development team. Developing and overseeing software system validation and testing procedures as well as managing our software programming projects are just a few of the responsibilities. In order to provide project status updates and proposals, you will also collaborate closely with clients and departments that span functional boundaries.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- fresh engineering graduates (EC, EE, CS, Telecom TBD) at GG-9A
- Base location will be Bangalore
- freshers from training institutes (like Vector India, Q-Spiders, J-Spiders, Py-Spiders, KodNest)
- 2024 graduates
- Basic Cutoff for screening
- Graduation score (>GPA 8 or 80%)
- Good Training institute score
- Good Basic communication skills
- Post internal training (based on vertical specific need and demand) resources to be assigned to active projects
Job Responsibilities
- creating and managing methodologies for software system testing and validation.
- guiding our efforts in software programming
- supervising the documentation’s creation.
- communicating project statuses and proposals in close collaboration with clients and cross-functional departments.
- utilizing data analysis to efficiently plan the implementation of new systems or the alteration of current ones.
- Overseeing the lifespan of software development.
- keeping an eye on the system’s performance.
- distributing important project data to team members and fostering team unity.
- creating and carrying out project plans.
- utilizing statistics and arithmetic in attempts to solve problems.
