Trainee jobs are typically entry-level positions where people learn the duties and skills necessary to work independently. As a trainee, you work under a more experienced worker or a supervisor whose job it is to provide new employees with professional development.
Learn and apply principles of project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations. Participate in the analysis of operational performance and suggest improvements. Contribute to the creation of reports and documentation for operational processes.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Proficient in basic computer knowledge.
- Sound understanding of MS Office.
- Familiarity with Direct taxation processes and clauses.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Effective probing and analyzing skills, capable of multitasking between voice and data entry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts (Rotational)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry
- Should be comfortable working from office
