The job of a voice process entails providing information and offering services to customers. The duties of a voice process employee may include: Answering customer enquiries over the phone. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues and conflicts.Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Qualification details Required for this Job :
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues.
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time.
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.

Infosys walkin drive 2024 Selection Process :
- Infosys has multiple steps in its selection process for the Customer Service Voice Process job. These stages include:
- Aptitude Test Online:To evaluate a candidate’s aptitude in areas including verbal ability, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning, an online test will be required.
- Group Discussion: After passing the aptitude test, candidates will be asked to join a group discussion where their leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be assessed.
- Technical Interview: Following the group discussion, a panel of technical experts will interview the candidates. The purpose of this interview is to evaluate the candidate’s technical proficiency in relation to the Mainframe Trainee position.
- HR Interview: The final stage of the selection process is an interview with the HR team. This interview will focus on the candidate’s attitude, motivation, and overall fit for the role and company.
Additionally, it is advised that the candidates study up on how to get ready for a walk-in interview. Questions and answers for interviews to help candidates be ready for the hiring process.
