Your programme starts with a 8 week Technical Bootcamp that will equip you with the necessary skills and understanding of technology architecture, programming languages, and how banking solutions can be rapidly designed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product development: design & development of robust banking software
- Delivery of quality software which meets business requirements.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle – requirements, design, implementation to deployment.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for product development and delivery
- Handling problems reported from the field and coming up with quick resolutions, workarounds, recovery, and fixes.
- Work in a truly agile environment, as part of scrum teams that are striving to solve customer challenges.
Associate Analyst IN Mastercard
Skill Requirements:
- Programming algorithms, data structures, OOP concepts and frameworks, DB fundamentals (advanced)
- Hands on experience in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, C#, Dot Net etc. (intermediate)
- Design patterns, Microservices, UI frameworks – Angular, React, AI MS Office, MI & visualisation tools like Canva (intermediate)
- Testing tools & frameworks like Selenium, JMETER, LoadRunner
- Analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving ability
- Interpersonal and consultative skills
Eligibility :
- We welcome students from Engineering degrees with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- You’ll be a final year student, able to start July 2025, with the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
- We’re looking for team players who are agile, flexible, adept at multi-tasking, customer focussed and open to learning the latest tech stack.
