Interview Process

First Assessment

The first assessment consists of two stages:

1. Cognitive Ability and Technical Assessment

2. Coding Round (Elimination Round)

Note: The Coding Round is mandatory and an elimination round. Only candidates who clear the first stage are allowed to take it, and the score will be considered during final selection.

Second Assessment – Communication Assessment

The Accenture Communication Assessment is a non-eliminatory round designed to evaluate candidates on key communication skills, including sentence structure, vocabulary usage, fluency, and pronunciation.
