Job Overview

Accenture is hiring IT Customer Service New Associates for its Service Desk Non-Voice Support team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will support customers and users primarily through email, web and chat rather than voice calls. You will handle service requests and customer issues, identify problems, provide appropriate solutions and ensure cases are resolved within defined service timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer and user queries through email, chat and other non-voice channels.
• Understand reported issues and provide appropriate support based on available guidelines.
• Record and track incidents and service requests accurately.
• Diagnose basic technical or service-related issues and work toward resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate support team when required.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure issues are addressed within defined SLAs.
• Manage service interruptions and help restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
• Maintain accurate information while updating tickets and support records.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Follow established processes, instructions and service desk procedures.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to resolve customer issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate degree is eligible.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Good written English and email communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating through chat and web-based support channels.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of IT service desk or customer support processes.
• Ability to understand customer issues and provide clear responses.
