Job Description :

Technical business analysts analyze and create creative integrated software solutions to match IT systems with business activities. Among their responsibilities are managing web-based services, client support, and internal IT support. They must also submit reports to management on a regular basis.

To enhance our IT systems, we are seeking a technical business analyst with experience and versatility. One of your responsibilities in this position will be creating software to enhance our company’s operations. You can also be asked to conduct training.

This is an entry level position, and you will be responsible for working with Tier 1 support personnel to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide Tier-2 support to resolve technical issues related to our application(s). Our applications are used by Deloitte’s Global Employer Services member firms and clients so the successful candidate should have strong client service and communication skills as well as the ability to deliver projects on time in a dynamic team environment. The candidate will receive training on existing as well as next generation tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• doing system studies on web services, apps, and software applications.
• communicating with internal departments and end users to ascertain the operation and efficiency of the system.
• presenting system development projects to management and getting their approval.
• effectively combining new programs, applications, and systems with services and business activities.
• evaluating and enhancing the functionality of online support services and consumer portals.
• ensuring that end users in all departments are proficient with new programs, systems, and applications.
• keeping an eye on product licensing and making sure rules governing the IT sector are followed.
• ensuring that computer hardware continues to work with upgrades and improvements to the system.

Skills –

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should have knowledge of email etiquette
• Should have basic knowledge of excel and should be able to read data and use the excel features like sorting, removing duplicates, filtering
• Should have ability to team with others
• Should be able to prioritize time and tasks
• Should have basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations
