Job Description
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with IT applications.
- Develop a strong understanding of the supported application estate.
- Handle Support Tickets in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- 0 – 1 year experience
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Must have hands-on experience supporting commercial applications.
- Previous expertise with application support tasks is required (e.g., incident management, problem resolution, service request fulfillment, app performance monitoring, batch job monitoring, and root cause analysis).
- Resolve defects and work on minor enhancements/change requests.
- Follow the customer’s IT support protocols, security policy, and SLA.
- Work with app end users and development teams to provide end-to-end resolution for support concerns.
- Coordination and support for release management and deployments.
- Prepare application-related paperwork.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Must-have skills
- Working understanding of Flutter, Node.JS, and PostgreSQL
- Experience providing app support and maintenance services, as well as a strong understanding of
- ITIL Service Lifecycle processes.
