Job Description

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience with IT applications.
• Develop a strong understanding of the supported application estate.
• Handle Support Tickets in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• 0 – 1 year experience
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Must have hands-on experience supporting commercial applications.
• Previous expertise with application support tasks is required (e.g., incident management, problem resolution, service request fulfillment, app performance monitoring, batch job monitoring, and root cause analysis).
• Resolve defects and work on minor enhancements/change requests.
• Follow the customer’s IT support protocols, security policy, and SLA.
• Work with app end users and development teams to provide end-to-end resolution for support concerns.
• Coordination and support for release management and deployments.
• Prepare application-related paperwork.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts.

• Working understanding of Flutter, Node.JS, and PostgreSQL
• Experience providing app support and maintenance services, as well as a strong understanding of
• ITIL Service Lifecycle processes.
