For the technical support role, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills in addition to technical expertise. Among their responsibilities are troubleshooting technical issues, promptly responding to customer feedback, and assisting with the launch of new applications.
IT systems are managed, maintained, and repaired by tech support staff. They are in charge of installing and configuring hardware and software, fixing network problems, and identifying and fixing faults. Additionally, technical support officers must have excellent written and verbal communication skills because they must create written documentation and speak with customers directly.
