Job Description :

For the technical support role, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills in addition to technical expertise. Among their responsibilities are troubleshooting technical issues, promptly responding to customer feedback, and assisting with the launch of new applications.

Process Executive In Infosys 

IT systems are managed, maintained, and repaired by tech support staff. They are in charge of installing and configuring hardware and software, fixing network problems, and identifying and fixing faults. Additionally, technical support officers must have excellent written and verbal communication skills because they must create written documentation and speak with customers directly.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide service desk voice support, interfacing with clients to accurately define and resolve issues.
• Manage service desk operations, ensuring world-class system performance.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge, utilizing problem
• solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Skills set Required for this Job :

• Service Desk Voice Support, Service Desk Management
• Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Cloud Technologies,
• Experience with ITIL Framework
• Strong understanding of IT operations, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service desk support
