Roles and Responsibility
- In charge of keeping an eye on transactions and system health for Razorpay’s leading merchants and the entire company, as well as notifying the appropriate parties in the event of a system malfunction.
- When there are incidents or irregularities in the system, send out notifications and communications.
- Work together with internal teams as needed.
- Determine patterns and conclusions by analyzing the data’s trends.
- Make interactive dashboards for metrics consumption and internal monitoring.
