Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned product manager to oversee a multidisciplinary development team in order to support our ongoing product expansion. The ideal applicant will have an inventive mindset for addressing gaps in consumer product offerings and a sharp eye for them. This individual should be a highly qualified market analyst who has demonstrated the ability to plan a product’s entire lifecycle, from inception to launch. We are seeking a self-assured leader who can lead interdisciplinary teams in developing products that enhance customer satisfaction and increase market share.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist with product planning, development, and documentation.
2. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure successful product launches.
5. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
6. Define product features, specifications, and user stories.
7. Monitor performance and collect feedback for product improvements.
8. Support creation of product documentation and training materials.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

0 – 3 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Apply knowledge of market research techniques and tools.
2. Utilize familiarity with product management software e.g., Jira, Aha.
3. Understand Agile and Scrum methodologies.
4. Analyze data and translate insights into actionable product features.
5. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
