Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual for the role of Associate – Research & Technical Content Writing. This role involves researching complex technical concepts, analyzing industry trends, and creating well-structured and accurate content tailored for our digital platforms, whitepapers, blogs, and client documentation. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong writing skills and a passion for technology, innovation, and learning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on technology trends, IT solutions, and industry updates.
- Write and edit technical content such as blogs, knowledge articles, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.
- Convert complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for non-technical readers.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
- Use SEO best practices to optimize content for digital visibility.
- Stay updated on industry developments to produce timely and relevant content.
- Proofread and revise content to maintain quality, grammar, and consistency.
- Assist in creating visual aids (e.g., diagrams, infographics) to support technical documentation.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interest and understanding of technical topics such as software, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data science, etc.
- Ability to analyze and research technical concepts quickly and effectively.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), MS Office, Google Docs.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing is a plus.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in writing blogs, reports, or academic writing is a plus but not mandatory.
