Job Overview :
IT systems are managed, maintained, and repaired by tech support staff. They are in charge of installing and configuring hardware and software, fixing network problems, and identifying and fixing faults.
For the technical support role, we are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills in addition to technical expertise. Among their responsibilities are troubleshooting technical issues, promptly responding to customer feedback, and assisting with the launch of new applications.

- Designation: Associate Technical Support / Service Desk
- Location: Hyderabad
- Mode: work from office
- Type: Full Time
- Two way cab provided
- Shifts: 5 days working – 2 days week off ( Rotational )
- Salary: 3Lpa – 7Lpa ( Hyderabad Location) * Based on your Experience & Your last ctc
Preferred candidate Profile:
- The one who has experience in Service desk domain would be an added advantage
- Should have basic technical skills like Troubleshooting, Service now, ITIL, incident management, Active Directory.
- Excellent communication + Exp in any Customer Support Experience will work.
- Should be Flexible working in 24*7 shifts

Role & Responsibility :
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
