We are seeking a results-oriented, analytical back-end developer that will collaborate with team members to debug and enhance existing back-end procedures and apps. Utilizing their knowledge of programming languages and tools, the back-end developer will assess existing codes and industry advancements, establish more effective procedures, resolve issues, and give users a more smooth experience. You should have outstanding computing, project management, and communication abilities.
When paired with front-end code, back-end developers build, write, and enhance the server, server-side apps, and databases that contribute to an end-user’s smooth, functioning experience. They research market trends, develop or enhance back-end procedures and code, and collaborate with others to produce better programs.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
- To solve issues and pinpoint areas that need improvement, gather and examine data, procedures, and codes.
- establishing goals and creating more unified, functional code in conjunction with the front-end
- developers and other team members to improve the user experience.
- generating concepts for new features, programs, or goods by keeping an eye on market trends and advancements.
- keeping track of information and communicating it to the appropriate people, including clients or management.
- taking part in training and ongoing education to stay up to date on best practices, pick up new
- programming languages, and improve teamwork.
- taking charge of tasks when necessary.
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

- B.Tech in computer science or equal work experience
- Strong programming expertise in Python, Django, or GoLang.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

- Contribution to Google summer of code (GSoC) or any open-source project would be a huge plus
- Previous internship experience in product based companies/startups
