Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and fixing technical problems with cloud platforms and Calix access.
- Analyze, diagnose, and record support cases in conjunction with senior engineers.
- Learn and implement industry best practices in cloud computing, networking, and customer service.
- Effectively communicate with clients to obtain data and deliver updates.

Qualification & Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a similar discipline; graduating class of 2024/2025
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental to intermediate knowledge of Linux, cloud computing, and networking concepts (IP, routing, and switching).
- Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to evaluate problems and apply critical thinking to come up with answers.
- Focus/Interest: Client/server architecture, cloud-based technology, and devices that are connected remotely.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to be succinct and efficient.
