Job Description

We are seeking 45 exceptional 2025 graduates for SAP ABAP Trainee positions at Cognitus (IBM Company). This is a prestigious opportunity to join IBM’s ecosystem through Cognitus and build a career in SAP technology.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • CTC: ₹6.5 Lakhs Per Annum
  • Bond: 2-year commitment required
  • Training: 3-month SAP ABAP
  • Location: Mumbai

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (MANDATORY)

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. 2025 passout (CSE and allied branches only)
  • Academic: Minimum 70% marks in highest qualification
  • Branch Preference: CSE and allied branches
  • Status: Unemployed or available with immediate joining
  • Commitment: Willing to relocate to Mumbai
  • Bond: Comfortable with 2-year employment bond

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with SAP projects: Help implement, configure, and maintain SAP systems under the guidance of experienced consultants.
  • Understand business needs: Learn and document client business processes and requirements to ensure the SAP solution aligns with their goals.
  • Provide support: Assist with troubleshooting, user support, and testing (including Unit, Regression, and UAT).
  • Training: Support training activities for end-users and super users on new system functionality and business processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation

Qualification

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and team members.
  • The ability to explain complex concepts simply is highly valued.
  • A strong desire and ability to learn continuously are critical due to the evolving nature of SAP technology.
