Job Description :

Our ServiceNow Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned Testing professionals with hands-on experience of 0 to 3 Years of experience in testing different modules of ServiceNow and Automation using ATF. The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to perform testing of ServiceNow platform  The responsibilities are primarily technical, although there is a strong element of functional understanding of the business process.

The successful Graduate candidates will be responsible for ensuring they are successful at learning the fundamentals of ServiceNow implementations and development during their three-month program. The main goal is to prepare the graduates for future responsibilities of a Junior Technical Consultant such as:

Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Deliver by combining technical knowledge/development services using ServiceNow’s different modules and the platform.
• Support the delivery of customer projects consulting engagements and also internal projects.
• When not on client engagements, develop the needed experience and knowledge on the ServiceNow platform plus follow the needed certification path.
• Provide technical consultancy on the design, implementation, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow cloud software-based solutions supplied by Enable to its clients.
• Develop applications on the ServiceNow platform using the best programming languages and practices.
• Produce technical & design documentation as required
• Escalate product issues via the project team
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss client issues, project progress, risks, issues, and work practices or tasks.

Required Skills : 

• Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e.g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations) Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
•  Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB)
•  Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test execution
•  knowledge of test automation using ATF
•  Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
•  Knowledge on automation tools such as ATF, Selenium, QTP is an added advantage.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
