Data on sales figures, market research, logistics, languages, and other behaviors are gathered and stored by a data analyst. They contribute technological know-how to guarantee the data’s quality and accuracy before processing, designing, and presenting it in ways that aid individuals, companies, and organizations in making better decisions.

Customer Support Executive in Teleperformance

To expand our data team, we are seeking a data analyst. You will be in charge of creating reports, managing our master data set, and resolving data problems. A keen eye for detail, prior data analysis expertise, and a thorough knowledge of the most widely used databases and data analysis tools are necessary for success in this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work proactively with stakeholders to develop data solutions for new product and feature releases, with a strong focus on optimizing and troubleshooting any data pipeline issues or nuances.
• Work independently, demonstrate creativity, and deliver quick results while maintaining a collaborative, team-player attitude.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, apply best practices learned from other teams, and consistently strive for high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility for future reference and team collaboration.
• Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) to ensure data quality and integrity. Follow standard processes for reporting any issues and collaborate with the relevant data teams to resolve them.

Junior Software Engineer In Oracle 

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, with an eagerness to learn a variety of database technologies (relational, columnar, NoSQL such as MongoDB, Redshift).
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate Python skills, with a focus on scripting for data tasks.
• Passion for working with large datasets, data architecture, complex pipelines, and managing data governance.
• Nice to have: experience with DBT.
• Familiarity with AWS services (IAM, EC2, EMR) is an added advantage.

Soft Skills
