Job Description :

To handle data analytics issues in our company, we are seeking a highly innovative data scientist to gather vast amounts of data from various sources, clean and analyze the data, develop solutions to problems, and interact with stakeholders.

You must be tech-savvy, creative, and inquisitive to succeed in this role. You must be proficient in writing algorithms, possess a strong grasp of statistics and mathematics, and stay current with data programming software and apps. Your Role and Responsibilities : 

• Undertaking data collection, preprocessing and analysis
• Building models to address business problems
• Presenting information using data visualization techniques
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced coursework in machine learning and programming.
• Experience using data visualization tools.
• Experience with data querying languages, and statistical or mathematical software.
• Proficient in writing algorithms, and knowing when to apply them.
• Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra.
• Outstanding communication skills.
