This role is part of the Business Operation Support team in Hyderabad, which helps Deloitte’s Resource Management teams coordinate people, schedules, learning requirements, and other operational activities.

Job Overview

Deloitte is hiring an Associate Analyst – Business Operation Support for its Hyderabad team.

The selected candidate will support Resource Management activities and work closely with internal teams to coordinate employee scheduling, learning requirements, compliance activities, documentation, and other operational requests.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple requests while following defined processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource scheduling activities based on business and client requirements.
• Update employee schedules and related information using internal scheduling and forecasting systems.
• Support the creation and enrollment of mandatory learning programs for employees.
• Coordinate with Resource Management, Learning Support, and other internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the creation and management of VDI accounts.
• Follow up with employees regarding pending mandatory training and compliance requirements.
• Maintain operational trackers, reference documents, contact information, and availability records.
• Update employee information such as leave, exams, client assignments, bookings, and profiles in relevant systems.
• Create or modify practitioner profiles and other scheduling-related details as required.
• Understand different regions, offices, teams, and business units to effectively support operational requests.
• Review work carefully to ensure accuracy before completing or submitting requests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet defined service-level requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and ensure requests are followed through to completion.
• Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team or manager.
• Stay informed about changes in internal policies, procedures, and processes.
• Handle employee and business information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
• Support additional projects and operational initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.
