Job Overview

The Employee Life Cycle team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from application management until the candidate’s onboarding. Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Data on sales figures, market research, logistics, languages, and other behaviors are gathered and stored by a data analyst. In order to help individuals, companies, and organizations make better decisions, they process, design, and present the data using their technological knowledge to guarantee its quality and correctness.

Key job responsibilities

  • Primarily act as the ‘face of the ELE’ with the internal as well as the external clients
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits, including Rewards and Recognition for both India and United States.
  • Notify eligible employees of long-term disability application process in a timely manner.
  • Administer expense reimbursement processes and transactions related to tuition assistance, emergency backup day care, and adoption programs and programs related to wellness.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits including Rewards and Recognition for both India and US
  • Approve R&R awards basis FSS/Service area specific guidelines
  • Ensure the awards are processed accurately as per the instructions from the Business Advisors/Interim approvers
  • Administer & Support Partner Earnings & Payment System for Unit Allocation process
  • Maintain high level of accuracy on all reporting/Analysis
  • Org unit monthly/quarterly review with Business advisors, Create and append process SOP’s

Required Skills:

  • Advanced dashboard development and performance optimisation
  • Data storytelling and stakeholder engagement
  • Integration of predictive analytics into visual assets
  • Governance and standardisation of visualisation practices
  • Empowering users through self-service analytics enablement

Qualifications Required

  • 0-2 Years of experience in HR
  • Any Under Graduate (B.Com, BA, BSc, BCA) with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel(Reporting), and PowerPoint
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick adaptation to fast-paced, team environment

Preferred

  • Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, or other applications in HR/Talent
  • Experience on SNOW tool
  • Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
  • Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
