Job Description :
The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.
Trainees are responsible for: seeking a suitable supervisor to support completion of formative and summative assessments, teaching and learning tools, and application forms. submitting forms and documentation by the required deadlines. securing appropriate training positions.
Role & Responsibility
- using modeling tools and PLMs to deliver engineering drawings, models, and MBOMs accurately and on schedule.
- constructing and testing automated BOM and control valve designs in Rulestream.
- gaining knowledge of the components needed to construct valves and actuation systems as well as their design principles.
- assisting the testing and instrumentation team with new product introductions (NPIs) and validation prototypes.
- ensuring that the company’s data protection policy is followed in all data protection operations involving personal and special category data.
- observing and abiding by pertinent procedures, guidelines, and working techniques in order to guarantee environmental, health, and safety.

Required Skills
- recently earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, instrumentation engineering, mechanical, or a related field from an approved university, completed your bachelor’s degree in the previous 24 months.
- have obtained a 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA.
- Have good communication abilities and speak and write English fluently.
- Be curious and have a desire to learn.
- possess the legal right to work in the nation where you are applying, free from time constraints or sponsorship.
